No software download is required for classes — they run entirely in your browser. We recommend using headphones to avoid audio echo during class.
Yes! If you're visiting or living in Tokyo, you're welcome to join in-person classes at our Shibuya school. Online Premium plan subscribers can attend up to 2 in-person classes per month when in Tokyo at no extra cost. Just let us know in advance so we can reserve your spot in a class.
Our AI conversation partner uses advanced language models trained specifically on Japanese language learning. You can practice speaking or typing in Japanese, and the AI responds naturally, adjusts its vocabulary to your level, gently corrects mistakes with explanations, and keeps a record of recurring errors for your teacher to review. It's designed to complement, not replace, your live classes.
All live classes are recorded automatically. If you miss a session, the full recording will be available in your account within 2 hours of class ending. You can also reschedule a class up to 12 hours before it starts — the platform allows 2 free reschedules per month. For Premium members, there are no limits on rescheduling.
